This event is an opportunity for attorneys, accountants, other
professionals and the general public to hear an expert panel discuss
current and upcoming issues arising from the implementation of the Foreign
Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).

As a new reporting and withholding regime---which applies to certain
payments of U.S. source income after June 30, 2014 and expands to include
other types of payments by 2017---FATCA is raising issues with respect to
disclosure obligations, withholding, reporting and filing requirements,
enforcement and penalties. Please join us for an informative and
interactive discussion.
