[Fredslist] any chance at some help with info regarding income tax law

I have a couple of quick questions regarding a company's liability for 
bounced pay checks, their impact upon income taxes and the extent of 
their obligation to prepare W-2's in a timely manner.  If anybody would 
possibly have any insight, it would be greatly appreciated.
