I have been sent the wrong size FedEx boxes twice.  I requested 270 each
time.  Since they sent the wrong box twice in a large quantity, they have
frozen my account due to suspicious activity.  I refused to accept delivery
of these boxes.

Every time the department that can resolve this calls my cell phone, it
goes to voicemail.  They do not leave a call back number.

I have been a Fed Ex client for over 2 decades.

I have been requesting 270 Brown Boxes with the following dimensions 12x 9x

Does anyone have a contact that can unfreeze my account?
