[Fredslist] College Tuition Question for a client

Hi Gotham Tribe,

Does anyone know whether any SUNY Universities - or for that matter, ANY colleges or universities in NYS offer parents the ability to pay college tuition at today's prices for their children to utilize, even 10 or 15 years from now?

(For example, Washington State offers the Guaranteed Education Tuition program.)
