This is the best unsolicited compliment I have ever seen. Thank you Josh!

Surely, Winadu, Syracuse and the Zinders were truly great influences!

Gotham,
So another year in Gotham has passed and again I hear the same question why should I stay in Gotham or why should I join Gotham. I cannot say it is right for everyone but here is what I have found in 2013 for those of you who want to see tangible results…..(conveniently in a 12 month countdown format)

12 Great months of friends, events, family, help and helping others
11 Gotham Skiers in 2013 still time and space for the 2014 trip let me know
10 Groups I rode the circuit to in 2013
9 Gotham Princeton events!! Join us in 2014!
8 Potential spaces for an architecture exhibit in Brooklyn
7 Contractors in Naples, Florida
6 Strong project leads (2 projects in hand, fingers crossed on others)
5 Leads on galleries for my artist friend.
4 Contractors in Palisades Park
3 Amazing trips planned by Cherri and Cheryl of Protravel
2 Highline tours (always a blast hope to see you in the spring for the next one!)
1 Great sister (that was not Gotham’s doing but it is because of her that I joined Gotham and she is great!)

And there is just soooo much more, that did not fit on the list without being overly redundant; in the end it is about the relationships and friendships, that is why you should be a part of Gotham. A lead from someone you consider a friend is worth 100 of the off the shelf on the fly business card leads or cold calls. Even better Gotham affords you the ability to be a connector to be the hot lead for your friends and colleagues. You end up being a go to person and there is nothing better for building a business, or personal relationship than being the connector, the one that everyone leans on. It has been my pleasure to help those who I could this past year, and in general if you think there is anything I can do for you, or need some advice, please drop me a line I am always open to Gothamites!

Finally…….

1 HUGE THANK YOU!!!!! To Fred, Nancy, Mitch and the entire Tribal council GOTHAM IS GREAT!

Hope to see you all in 2014!!!!

All the best,
Josh
