The New York Real Estate Chapter is most pleased and heartened to welcome
its new member Eric Brecher to our network.

He has been in practice for over 19 years and is a Qualified 1031 Exchange
Intermediary (QI) affiliated with City National Bank for the last 2 years.


As a Qualified Intermediary he performs a function that Attorneys,
Accountants and Realtors are not permitted to perform for
their clients.  As an attorney and Certified Exchange Specialist for the
past 10 years, he will be a most viable resource for the Gotham Community.


Eric has many strong personal business relationships and is willing and
wanting to share them with the members of Gotham. p. 
He is looking forward to making many new friends amongst our "tribe" and
develop relationships that are mutually rewarding.
