The New York Real Estate Chapter is proud and most heartened to welcome new
member Kenneth Volandes to our network.

He has been in practice for over 10 years, specializing in real estate law
and is affiliated with the firm of  Mavirdes Moyal & Associates. 

With over ten years of legal experience, Kenny is well versed in
representing commercial banks, private lenders, and entities or individuals
buying or selling commercial or residential real estate. 

Kenny has extensive leasing experience representing both landlords and
tenants. He has a vast social and professional network.  He is an Eagle
Scout, former President  of the St. John's Greek Orthodox Church in
Gramercy, and host to a monthly round-table discussion for real estate
thought leaders. 

He prides himself on being responsive and accessible to his clients, and
when possible, contributes to his client's bottom line by introducing them
to potential investment opportunities and partnerships. 

Kenny has strong personal business relationships and is willing and wanting
to share them with the Gotham community. 
He is looking forward to making many new friends in our "tribe" and develop
mutually rewarding relationships.
