[Fredslist] Baby grand piano

Hello:

My mother's 1938 Wissner Baby Grand Piano needs a new home. The person who was supposed to take it - changed their mind.

I need to get it out of my apartment. Unfortunately, it hasn't been played or tuned in about 10 years. It's going to need a lot of restoration - could be as much as $7,000 worth of work.

It has a lot of value, but obviously only to the right person willing to invest in the work needed to restore it. I have been told with the restoration, it will last another 60 years!!

It's the last piano Wissner made by hand and has great collectible value. But at this point, I am willing to give it away to anyone interested. I would rather see someone playing it than just to dismantle it.
