[Fredslist] Attorney Recomendation in Maine

Hello Gothamites!

One of my clients is looking for support in making a proper bid on some 
real estate as well as do all of the necessary closing work in Maine.

He also needs support in drafting a loan agreement for funds to buy the 
property and ensure the interest on the loan can be deducted from his 
taxes.
