[Fredslist] Solar Water Purification Technology

Anyone out there know of a firm that finances interesting start-ups
(also known as angel investors).  I've known the Principal in this
venture for thirty years and can vouch for him.  He speaks something
like six languages and currently resides in Germany, where the product
is being developed.  They're looking for a raise of 150,000 euros to
bring the device to market.
