Remember this fable - one bed was too big, one too small, and one just right, and the porridge temperature, too hot, too cold, etc. (Who eats porridge these days?) Well on the serious side, I am seeking a lender for a small Manhattan development project. The developer has everything needed (including experience and equity partners) except the right banker/lender on the debt side of the equation, and specifically for a construction loan. The banks I have approached all say that the project is "too small" at less than ten good sized condominium units in a great neighborhood in northern Manhattan.
