I am looking for a commercial litigator for a contract matter concerning  a piece of real property in the Bronx (complaint is in NY County Supreme) where the issue is whether a Buyer breached by termination of the contract as a consequence of  an environmental expert report indicating an estimate above the Cap of the contract and, yet, the Seller maintains that the Report was bogus and not based on the boring samplings.  The escrow funds are in issue.
