I will echo what my brother judge Odey has said, and will add that seats are
only $10 in advance (go to the "Events" tab on the Gotham website and click
on the Gotham Battle of the Bands amplifier picture for info and to
purchase). 

 

This promises to be a real Gotham event; don't miss this Gotham "First."
It's next Sun. afternoon, March 10.  Hope to see you there.

Dear Gotham, 

There is no FOOTBALL or MARCH MADNESS BASKETBALL to deal with so join the
GOTHAM FAMILY for a SPECIAL MUSICAL EVENT.  The BATTLE of the BANDS will be
held next Sunday, March 10 at 12 Noon-5PM.  Stop by and hear some terrific
music from a variety of genres.  Hard rock, Alt Rock, Hillbilly Rock, to
Jazz.  The Quality is excellent.  See who you feel should win the $2500
prize and a chance to perform at the famous Cafe Wha in the Village.  Stop
by for the whole show or pop in for an hour.  The sets are a comfortable 20
minutes and the venue is very nice.  Martin Luther High School is just 2
minutes off the LIE in Maspeth.
