[Fredslist] HVAC Repair person to the rescue PLEASE!

HI All,

  Not sure if we have any HVAC repair folks in our gotham network.  If we do please call me.
I need to set up an appointment to have this a/c unit looked at, evalutated and repaired.

Issue:  Condo in Woodbury, NY has an a/c unit that seems to be operating though air is not coming out cold.
may just need coolant though not sure.

I have the buyer for this condo and the whole deal is at stand still due to not knowing what is wrong with a/c.
I have called numerous HVAC companies and cannot get anyone to look at unit ASAP. Most are telling me mid to end of next week.  I understand their answer as I am very aware of the hot weather.

So if anyone call help or have any recommendations please let me know.  Thanks!
