[Fredslist] Liquor License Attorneys

I know we have members who obtain liquor licenses for clients.  Can
anyone who does this work let me  know if it is done on a flat fee basis
or by the hour, and what a typical charge will be from the beginning of
the application preparation process through the decision, and how long
it typically takes?  the people who contacted me are young - mid-20's
and own a hookah smoke shop on long Island.  Will their age preclude
them from getting a license?
