[Fredslist] Referral Fee or No Referral Fee and how?

Having had no experience in this before I need some help.

I have a client who has created a process and I have met someone who  
works for a company that owns franchises and is interested in this  
process — I would like to connect the two but am uncertain what the  
potential referral process is?
