[Fredslist] Fwd: looking for a camera

hi all- happy new year
i'm looking for a camera - i currently have a cannon g12
i love the compactness, i love the led screen that swivels, it shoots raw. want all those features
BUT i need to up my game -  better sensor, higher speed, better lenses - still small that fits in my purse.
i carry my camera all the time - so it needs to be manageble. ( nikon/cannon slrs too big - mark 2 too heavy)
 any one know about the new fugi's or  sony's with leica lenses?
all advice appreciated.
