Position requires a warm gracious manner, out-going personality, and ability to handle several tasks simultaneously in a professional and compassionate manner. Candidates must possess a pleasant phone demeanor and a smile when greeting clients and visitors in person. You must be articulate and have a strong command of the English language. As our firm's first point of contact, you must be well presented, highly organized and able to communicate clearly, effectively and comfortably with different people. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible team player who has a good attitude, the ability to prioritize and demonstrates good, solid judgment and professionalism under pressure.
