[Fredslist] Speech Improvement and Eyeglasses - GREAT Latz and Domber!!!

Gotham - 

So a young, extremely shy and sensitive woman in my life just visited me
from out of state, speaking so softly you could barely understand her and
looking out of glasses that were way too big and dark for her face.

What did I do?  I took her to Jayne Latz of Corporate Speech Solutions for
an initial speech improvement session.  Jayne met her and if you are
thinking what was the point, just one session in NY when she lives across
the country.   Most importantly Jayne handled her with great sensitivity so
while the session was challenging for the young woman, she was also able to
absorb and think about it.    Jayne also offered to work with her over skype
once she got home.  But also, even with what she learned in that one session
she was much more easily understood later in the week.  All I can say is not
only is Jayne wonderfully Gothamly ­ she is the best!

What next for my visitor, well a haircut (from a non-gotham member) and then
on to Ruth Domber at 1010 Optics for some new glasses.  The glasses open up
her face and let you see the girl's wonderful large blue eyes.  They are
also very forward styled and she's gotten compliments from people off the
street with how great she now looks.  And, since I paid for the glasses I
got the Gotham discount!

SoŠ this young woman who is important in my life is now leaving NYC with a a
great NY experience (having walked all over the city), a new haircut, new
clothes, new glasses, improved communication skills and all of it adds up to
a skip in her step and a smile on her face.

Jayne and Ruth I couldn't have done it without you!!!!  You and Gotham are
the best!
