Fifth Ave and east) 
*	Open to downtown - Wall Street area 
*	Want value and quality
*	Lease - 3 yrs minimum

 

 

Space Needs  Approx 750sq ft plus conf room   ( approx. 1250  sq ft ) 

 

*	3 offices -senior mgt.                                     12X14
168 x 3 = 504
*	1 large office for 4- 5 people OR 5 cubes        7X7     49 X 5
= 245
*	Storage space - boxes of files etc
*	File cabinets for all offices and cubes
*	Storage cabinet/shelves for marketing materials

*        Conference Rooms - minimum one for 12 people

 

 

Support services needed:

 

Must have

*        IT  - computers, laptops. Wifi plus operations support, phone,
voice mail

*        Conference Rooms - minimum one for 12 people

Would like to have

*        Mailroom/printing

*        Accounting  (tentative) 

*        Receptionist

*        Kitchen
