I often find myself in a predicament of wanting to forward an email from
Gotham, but the sender is missing their contact information.

It basically leave me with two choices. One, search the Gotham database,
locate this information and add it to the forwarded email. Two, being short
on time, just ignore the message, as it would be not be of value to forward
without the contact information.

I know many of us conduct business via smart phones and blackberries.
Setting up this contact information may be a challenge to some, but I am
urging you to do so. I believe a half hour investment of your time to figure
it out, or find help to do so, will yield you more communications and
hopefully more business.

In my business I work with clients with all different knowledge levels in
electronic media. One day a client calls me to say please put your address
in your email signature. She states " I wanted to send you payment, but I
had difficulty finding your invoice. If you would have listed your address
in your email I would have sent you a check long time ago."
