Does anyone have any contacts with Riu hotels?   I am looking for an introduction.  Please see the article below from hotels magazine that they are planning on building a hotel in NYC.

Riu Hotels & Resorts, Mallorca, Spain, announced it has entered into a contract to purchase a plot in Manhattan near Times Square to build Riu Plaza New York Times Square.
The 5-star property, expected to open in mid-2015, will have more than 600 guestrooms, a restaurant, bar, to-go café, gym, executive lounge and wireless Internet access throughout the hotel. Located at Eighth Avenue and 46th Street, it will have proximity to Broadway theaters, Restaurant Row, Central Park, Carnegie Hall and luxury shopping on Fifth Avenue.
"The opening of our first hotel in New York is a dream come true," said Luis Riu, CEO of RIU Hotels & Resorts. "With this new project we will offer our most loyal customers - who have come to our holiday destinations for almost 60 years - the opportunity to discover the most famous and visited city in the world with us."
