[Fredslist] Foreign Work Sponsorship of Employee - assistance needed

Hello, Gotham,
I am looking for guidance in "Work Sponsorship" of a gentleman from 
Columbia.  I have been told there are specific things I must do as not to 
delay or hinder the process, one which I have no experience.  I'd like to 
start the process immediately  and if anyone can lend guidance I would 
greatly appreciate it.
