	I am flabbergasted after reading these 2 stories:

1) UK arrests several people, including 2 tycoons, for bank fraud:

2) A bank in America USED to offer a 79.9% APR credit card.  And over
300,000 people have a 59.99% APR credit card:

Somehow, the land of Monarchy follows rule of law & equality, and the beacon
of democracy practices plutocracy that makes the Russian Mob & the Godfather
green with envy...
