Wow! What a fabulous turnout we had for our Wellness Seminar today!!   
Susan & I truly appreciate having the opportunity to share some of our  
knowledge with you. There's so much more where that came from. We hope  
you feel a bit more motivated and empowered with info that can make a  
difference in your well-being. Sometimes it can feel a bit  
overwhelming to try and change it all (take a breath, Danny!). It's  
always a good idea to bite off a little at a time (no pun intended)  
and master that. Janet, I am so glad we didn't bring the hay and  
alfalfa sprouts, but instead provided a spread everyone seemed to  
enjoy...a little food for thought. A special thanks to everyone who  
took time out of their day to be there and to the illustrious  
coordinator, Janet Adler, whoi will be celebrating a birthday on Fri.
