There is a pre- sale for members of the "Peach Corps" Jan.2, 12 noon through 10am Jan. 6 when sale goes Public.  If you are not a member of the Peach Corps by 12/23/11 (meaning a user account at www.allmanbrothersband,com), you can not join for the 2012 pre-sale.
Dates are below my email signature.  I suspect more dates will be added when these sell out.
I have not yet locked in what date(s) I plan to try to get tickets for (Even for Peach Corps members, there is a 4 ticket per show, 3 show limit).
