[Fredslist] Need opinion of right time to buy Coop in NYC

My daughter is about to sign a contract to buy a 2 bedroom apt. in the UES.
The low interest is good, but I am afraid the prices and values of
apartments will crash in the next months and she will have "over paid". Any
opinions on the potential coop market in NYC in the next few months? or
years? Please share.
