[Fredslist] A friend looking for a friend...

A woman who works in our office and her son are moving into an apartment 
that does not allow pets.  She is eagerly looking for a new owner for 
her dog Petey.

Petey is a charming 9 1/2 yr. old Lab/Akita mix.  He has no medical 
problems, all his shots are up to date and he is aspiring to be a 
writer.  He is looking for a friend to share quality time with in their 
golden years and he enjoys swimming, long walks in the park and being 
scratched behind his ears.  He has been a good friend to this family, 
and is looking to transition his loyalty to the next person in his life 
who is is able to accept such a friend.

If you or anyone you know would be interested in discussing a new place 
for Petey, please e-mail me back and I will forward it to Denise.  She 
and her son are anxiously trying to find someone to open their heart and 
their home to a new and loving friend.
