[Fredslist] billing advise needed

I have a mental health therapist client who is planning to
take on a new therapist, who is completing her required
hours for licensing.  We have been trying to figure out how
we can bill for services provided by this degreed
professional who yet to get a state license and NPI number. 

I was wondering if there is an add on code, a special
license code or something that would support correct
billing.

 

Any and all advise is greatly appreciated.
