[Fredslist] advice on disputing a charge

Hi Gotham Wizards,
Can you give me advice on this matter? I was very upset with care given my dog at a hospital (he died there without clear info of what happened, and more) and want to dispute the heavy charges. We have filed a dispute with the credit card company. Do we leave it to them or do we call the hospital and ask them to adjust the bill?


Help. I have never done this before.
