I am looking to either sublet, or have someone take over the lease on my apartment.  I just moved in Jan 26th and bought everything brand new for the apartment.

It is a doorman building in Sutton Place on the South East corner of 57th & 1st.  The apartment is a large one bedroom, with a furor that has two large closets, kitchen, fabulous sunken living room with fire place, large bedroom with walk in closet, bathroom, and an addition hallway closet.  The rent is $2550, lease it up Dec 31st.

I am hoping to either rent it furnished for $3200, or have someone take over the lease and buy some/all of the furniture.

- Charcoal gray pull out sofa
- 3 chocolate wood pieces from west elm (coffee table, desk, bar)
- Queen mattress from sleepy's
- 2 plasma TV 42 in livin room/ 32 in bedroom
- 3 piece chocolate wood bedroom set
- 2 night stands
- Kitchen is set with plates, cups, silverware, and cooking items
- bench & table when you enter
- drapes, and customized black out shaded in the bedroom
- vaccum, dust buster,
- lamps, smaller accent tables, desk chair
