Ron has recently launched a new website to help real estate buyers primarily in NY, but anyplace that has COOPS and CONDOS, fair better with the experience. 
www.coopandcondo.com has been so well received.  It has been noted on Curbed.com and has been mentioned by one the NY Times writers in her blog.
