[Fredslist] Urgent Care Facility

Dear Along the Network:

 

I have a client who is looking to have an Urgent Care office open in his
North Williamsburg bldg. It is a mixed-use with 4 floors and a basement. Top
3 floors are condos and part of the first is commercial. He would like to
eventually have the basement and 1st floor turn into a medical facility and
he would like to be a financial partner in the enterprise.
