Dell was not properly responsive recently when I let them know their  
cartridge ran out though I still had 19% toner available.  So, when I met  Glen 
riding the circuit last week to Gotham Green/Gotham Open House, we hooked  
up, and I got my recycled cartridge at Cartridge World on Monday.   Super 
friendly and easy as pie!  And, a lower price plus a Gotham  discount equaled 
out to what I lost on my old one, providing even  more satisfaction!  Glen and 
Cartridge World are now my  "go to's"  for this, all conveniently located 
in midtown.  Also they  deliver & pick up at no extra charge.
