[Fredslist] Need help filling positions

The following positions are available:

 

1) Supply Chain Manager reporting to the Dir of Operations:

Manage & optimize the supply chain logistics network by sourcing local &
int'l suppliers to ensure the necessary flexibility 

& cost effective demands of the company's purchasing strategies.
Responsible for compliance measures for the implementation

of best in class processes & infrastructure.

 

BS- Electrical, Mechanical or Mecatronic Engineering

10+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience with an international
company with revenues $50 million+ 

Inventory & production control background.  Proven experience in global
sourcing of low volume mechanical & electrical components

as well as dealing with rapid prototyping vendors worldwide.

SAP Materials Planning experience required.

Strength in managing large groups of planners.

 

 

2) Sales Coordinator

Support the sales team, vendors and customers of this fast growing Packaging
company.

 

Working knowledge of wholesale and/or retail use of corrugated or folding
boxes, flexible packaging & POP displays.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

 

3) Production Manager

Responsible for the production, efficiencies & labor attributed to a bread
line that runs 152 hrs/week.

There will be 4 supervisors and 80 union employees reporting to this person.

 

Experience in an automated commercial baking facility with yeast raised
products required. 

Understanding of dough formulations. 

Familiar with lean manufacturing methodology.
