[Fredslist] A heartfelt thanks to Gotham

Hi:

For the last week or so I have sent Gotham some emails asking for help  
with my son's UK Visa and Citibank "slow to process" conflict.

Your information and advice was thoughtful and helpful and to that end  
I am happy to announce that Citibank ultimately came through with what  
they needed to produce and my son got his Visa today.

He's off to London and I can stop downing prozac:)
