Gotham-

We had a really rough experience on a trip back to New York from Chicago last week with regard to standby flights, buying new tickets, and trying/hoping for some sort of a refund.

We are going through the processes as directed by United, but I'm wondering if anybody in the gotham world has a contact within United that may be of assistance here, particularly in the refunds department.
