I'd appreciate any recommendations/suggestions, NYC, but particularly if it  
is on Long Island, to a good quality Russian restaurant where I can get a  
tasters menu of bellini's with caviar? Any suggestions along the Russian  food 
connection would be appreciated.  Thank you.
