Hi Fellow Magicians,
 
I need a lawya!
 
I am seeking legal advice for a new start-up venture in the green space
that I and a few other Gotham members are working on. We are considering
setting up a B Corporation. Who do you know with experience or knowledge
with that entity structure? I would like to stay within Gotham if
possible. We have some fantastic attorneys in the family. If you are

Option two, I have heard these firms have experience in this work:
Linklaters LLP, and Jones Day. Both have offices in NY. Do we have any
connections there?
