Michael has operated his own law firm for the past four years concentrating
on entertainment, commercial litigation, employee-side employment matters
and corporate and small business issues.  His entertainment practice focuses
on film, television and music projects where he represents producers,
artists, writers, directors and production companies.

Michael maintains offices in Manhattan and Rockland County.

Admitted to practice in New York, California, Virginia and Washington, D.C.,
Michael maintains an active litigation practice in federal and state court
handling matters across the country.  Before starting his practice, he
worked for Fox Television as general counsel for ³America¹s Most Wanted. ²
and he practiced law in Los Angeles where he also spent time as a
prosecutor.
 
Michael holds bachelor¹s, master¹s and law degrees from the University of
Virginia.  In his spare time he attempts to golf, and also swims and hikes
with his wife and daughter near their home in Palisades, NY.
