Manzione Real Estate in Brooklyn operating in the Columbia Water Front
district, Red Hook and Downtown Brooklyn neighborhoods is seeking a
broker/manager preferably with commercial and residential experience.  The
22 year old company has recently been purchased a Gotham member.

This is an opportunity to be involved with the growth and re branding of
this well positioned firm. Business is still being done in Brooklyn and all
indications are that Brooklyn will bounce back strongly when this correction
is over.  Loads of people and businesses from Manhattan (and everywhere

architecture and the attractive valuations of what home buyers can get for
their investments make Brooklyn a solid long term place to be in the Real
Estate business.
