Thanks Paul, we appreciate hearing the good news and look forward to hearing
from all of our Gotham members! if you have feedback to share, send me an

"Hi Fred,

I guess my Gotham story is one of persistence and/or perseverance. I joined
Gotham about 6 years ago. I went to most of my meetings and most of the
events but didn't get much business over the first few years. But the
environment was friendly and helpful, so I continued. About 2 or 3 years ago
I began seeing more steady business coming from Gotham, but in the past year
it has basically exploded.

I attribute it primarily to developing business and personal relationships
within (and through) the Gotham family. How many times have you heard the
story from a successful business person who said "One day I met this guy,
who put me in touch with that woman, who connected me with the guy who today
is my best client."?

One of my favorite sayings is that everything you do is a "page in the
book." Well, if you don't write on the pages of your blank book you will
never fill that book with potential "good luck". Each time you meet someone
through Gotham and get to know them, you fill a page in that book with a
potential great lead. When that book is randomly opened to a page, it might
be blank, or it might be a great potential lead. The more meetings you
attend or people you meet and tell what you do, the better of the chances of
your book being opened to the right page.

One great example for me is Victoria Drogin. She met a CEO of a company
through Gotham. She heard what he did and said "You should meet Paul, you
guys might have some synergy". I met with this gentleman and we had a nice
lunch, but little work came of it. But one day, he recommended me to a
subcontractor of his. This subcontractor is now my single greatest client
and has me busier than I've been in eight years.

Gotham also helps you develop existing relationships. I brought in Gotham
member Jason Greenberg who was an existing client of mine. Now Jason and I
are much closer and I do triple the amount of work with him.

Business is all about personal relationships. Gotham creates and nurtures
these relationships and is an invaluable business tool.

Paul Napolitano"

Gotham:

The stories continue.. Read the latest from Commerce member Raj Goel.

"Joining Gotham, and remaining a member of the tribe has been one of the
best things I have professionally and personally.

David Stein, Steve Lichtenstein and Linda "Queenie" Newman took a
"wet-behind-the-ears" kid from Queens and taught me everything I know about
networking. Along the way, they opened their rolodexes, and their hearts
and the friendships I have developed will last our lifetimes.

Being a mentor to Joel Schnur resulted in unexpected benefits - when the
Dept. Of Education refused to provide a proper educational environment for
my daughter, Joel stepped in, and moved the unmovable. Magically, the Dept
of Ed found Special Ed classes for her 10 days before the school started.

Professionally, 2 of our Top-10 clients came from Gotham referrals.

Along the way, I have developed friendships with Scott Bloom, Gurmeet Sodhi,
Glen Spiller, Heidi Simon, Ester Horowitz, Lucas Meyer, Gerry Goldhaber,
Michael Appell, Mel Lazar, and many others and that is the best reason to be
a part of the tribe!"

Hi Gotham:

Wow, the stories keep coming. I am enjoying reading all of these and getting
the chance to share them with you. This story comes from Scott Bloom
Co-Chair of the Gotham Real Estate Group

"Debbie-In my 20 years as a commercial real estate professional, my 1,500
transactions were mostly leases in sizes from an individual up to 43,700
rentable square feet. Last year, I closed my largest deal ever...122,000rsf
as a result of a Gotham referral. Special thanks to the best sales trainer I
know-Adrian Miller, the Gothamite from which it emanated."

Gotham Appreciates Your Feedback

Good morning Gotham:

Here is another story of Gotham feedback .. This one is from Gotham Real
Estate Group Member, Steve Kirschner.

"Fred - All I can say is that Gotham and Fredslist have enabled me over the
last 5 or more years to build relationships within our family network that
have already produced not only financial reward but more importantly true

friendships, ones that continue to grow opportunities that will surely
create ongoing rewards at greater and greater proportion.

I am constantly being contacted by people referred to me by my Gotham
friends and it feels wonderful to be able to help others as I have received
such sincere and generous support.

I am so grateful to be a member of Gotham and I intend to remain one until I
retire (which probably will never happen since I enjoy working too much) and
that has only been made more so because of Gotham. Steve"
