First - Renatto on the painter/plasterer.  And thanks to all who responded.

 

Second - Gotham feedback (to continue Josh's rhythm): Gotham is seven paying
clients (some who have stuck and some who have not) plus numerous other
referrals that didn't work out but were nice to get.  Gotham is getting the
green message out and finding a community of like-minded people.  Gotham is
friends helping friends.   Gotham is a place where you feel at home.
