The kind of building I’m talking about is to build a lasting relationship.

For example I get an order for 10,000 books 64 pages + cover perfect bound 8
½ x 11. My customer knows I will produce a great product at a great price
and deliver on time. He trusts me to make sure everything is done the way he
wants it done and there are no surprises.

 

This is the way to build a great and lasting relationship.
