Dear All:

I do a fair amount of litigation work in the disability retirement arena for New York State employees and New York City Employees.

Does anyone know of any good legal practice guides or CLE materials regarding New York State (NYSLRS) or New York City (NYCERS) retirement systems?

How about policy guides for the Board of Trustees for NYCERS?

I have looked at the NYCERS website, and there is nothing there on these issues beyond the forms the employee needs to fill out.
