Need some real magic!!

Working on a deal that is a 1031 exchange that must close by August 1.

 

Mortgage assumption needs to be approved by Midland Loan Services which
normally takes 4-6 weeks.

Buyer and Seller have strong credit and loans presently serviced by Midland.

 

Anyone along the network know someone who can "pull some strings" so we can
close by next Friday???
