Office Manager/Assistant needed to manage busy Glen Cove contracting office
for Glen Painting & Contracting 
Inc. We are a quality minded, service-driven company. We have been in
business since 1954.

advancement. Be part of a management team that is working to implement new
ideas and procedures. 
 
Ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, be goal-oriented,
assertive, take a hands-on approach to the position and will be a liaison
between field staff, clients and management. 
 
Must be able to type and be willing to file and help organize office.
Excellent phone skills, positive disposition and a proper sense of urgency
are a must. You must be willing to work independently without close
supervision and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Being quality
minded, results-oriented and deadline-conscious are important. 
 
Must be reliable and punctual, 7 or 8am to 3pm preferred, hours may be
flexible.
 
Requirements include competence in Quickbooks (entry only, no bookkeeping),
MS Word, Outlook and Excel. This full-time position reports directly to the
owner.
 
This job is open and needs to be filled immediately; knowledge of
Construction terms a plus.
