[Fredslist] Commenting on a blog

When you comment on a blog, there is a new security feature which you  
must use. It's called Captcha. You type in the phrase you see and hit  
post.

This is to prevent the automated hackers who previously got into our  
system and posted 4,500 comments.

If you have any issues reading the phrase, just hit the circle arrow  
button and it will give you a new one.
