Startup company seeking IT WEbsite designer to build and maintain website.
Website to  include info about company, management, resources, links, and
articles.  Also need a ecommerce component for membership fees  (considering
several levels), product/service purchases (i.e. ebooks).  Customers are
small to midsize private companies interested in doing business with the
federal and or state governments.  Focus of site is providing specialized
services and products that will teach, assist, consult and mentor SMB's on
how to qualify for govt contracting, preparing bids, selecting proposals,
presenting, managing contracts, meeting timelines, and other key issues.
 
Budget is minimal...with opportunity for equity participation.
