[Fredslist] Need garbage collection & shredder co. referrals

My father-in-law is recently deceased and my husband and I are undergoing
the difficult task of cleaning out his house.  We could use some referrals
of reputable garbage disposal companies (the kind that brings a dumpster and
fills it with all your garbage for you) and companies that shred sensitive
documents.
